The Social Innovation Studio will become HQ to employers and employees (learners). VETis offerings: Stackable skill sets, short courses, full qualifications, help desk tuition support, mentoring and non accredited accelerators.
A relaxed and safe environment where by the community (employers, employees, young people, corporates, academic interns, entrepreneurs, change agents etc..) come together to tackle big issues, high level objectives of the studio experience are as follows:
1) Co-designed to strengthen employers capabilities to increase accessibility to employment opportunities by improving return to work outcomes and reducing the stress applied to employees ( ..supporting young people, 15-24yrs) when they are tumbled through the ‘sack and churn mentality of under performing employers and / or business’
(2) Empowers through #SelfMade – No Plan B philosophies employers, workers and learners to build cross-silo teams or self employment opportunities
(3) Develops trusted intellectual realms to close the chasm on post COVID-19 operation fatigue, workforce issues and confidentiality by intentional industry driven, future forward #2035 and beyond, learning and development

Venture X – Worker and School Based Traineeships
SDG 2030 vision, we have taken formal action to become an approved ‘Apprenticeships Australia’, employer in South Australia. In our inaugural year, 2022 will host ‘Venture X’ on-the-job traineeship program. Designed to provide direct and / or more accessible industry pathways, that will align to making jobs for the future in South Australia.
Venture X Traineeship Program, designed inline with government regulations combining work with training in nationally recognised qualifications (AQF Level 3 to Advanced Diploma). Australian Apprenticeships / Traineeships are available to anyone of working age and offer opportunities to learn new skills and be paid in over 500 different jobs.
Lifelong Learning: Creative learning has flipped the traditional classroom for on-the-job-training and / simulated workplace experiences, inclusive of every day normal work practices. School leavers and those seeking out career development can now access off site, school based traineeship and internship programs.
