Building on lifetime of service, I established LikeaBoss Education™ on the simple belief that everyone deserves a chance to succeed through education and on the job experiences. We tackle the persistent exclusion of students and their inequality through learner empowerment and promote inclusive sustainable growth and better access to quality programs and increasing the access to paid employment.

For nearly a decade those values have energised the work of the LikeaBoss Education™ in overcoming complex challenges as improving the lives of young people and life long learners across Australia.

To the readers who are new to our community or have been watching from the side lines, LikeaBoss Education™ is an Australian profit for purpose that operates parallel to the modern secondary school and education system. Our founding principles and practices incorporate the UN Sustainable Development Goals into our business plans, strategies and everyday business.

Our impact is achieved by those whom we partner with. We collaborate with organisations to assist them achieve their sustainability objectives through targeted actions.

Honouring the Mission. Evolving our Model

Continual development is intended for the whole community: Organisations, educators/teachers and learners. Our Start It Up Practice Lab ™– Entrepreneurial Program adopts the paradigms and pedagogical models that will equip key decision makers, educators, teachers and learners with the necessary skills and attitudes for entrepreneurship education and practices.

True engagement in a learn-by-doing, our program includes:

• On boarding resources and lesson plans
• Learning into action: Assessment tools, templates and activities
• Ideas for arranging a classroom into a workplace environment
• Professional development for teachers and educators via corporate partner Innovation Education Australia^TM
• Support for coaches who are mentoring first-time entrepreneurs in their community 

We of course also continue to have a full program of activity focussed on foundation and core learning practices in vocational and professional development: Business, Management, Leadership, Hospitality, Tourism and Entrepreneurship. Including the new and awaited BSB30220 Certificate III in Entrepreneurship and New Business and BSB 40320 Cert IV in Entrepreneurship training packages.
